I am currently in my third year of a double degree of Laws (Honours)/Commerce (Marketing) at La Trobe University. In addition to my studies, I am a marketing officer for the La Trobe Law Students’ Association and play netball representing La Trobe University in the NFNL.
Working with Open Door has given me the opportunity to learn more about the significant role of marketing in the recruitment industry. I recognise the importance of gender diversity and balance within recruitment processes and support Open Door’s mission to recruit more women for jobs that are typically male-dominated.
