My excitement for the recruitment Industry started when I made my first placement back in 2007. I am passionate about people – their motivations, getting to know them, their backgrounds and their interests. That is why I have chosen to make a career as a Recruitment Consultant. I believe that through my role, I play an important role in a person’s career and hence, I am dedicated to realising the best outcomes for my candidates and clients. I work with them closely, evaluate their potential, motivation, skills and make the right match – “a professional matchmaker”.
I joined Open Door in 2020 as a Consultant in the technology space. I have over five years of international experience working in different countries including the US, with diverse clientele on end-to-end recruitment. I am skilled in strategic sourcing, account management, permanent & contract staffing and stakeholder engagement. I obtained my Masters in Business Administration with a specialisation in Human Resource Management and systems.
