HR Assistant (Internship)

I am completing the final year of my Bachelor of Business degree from Swinburne University of Technology, in which I am majoring in Human Resources and Finance. In addition to my university studies, I am undertaking a Certificate IV in Occupational Work, Health and Safety.

I enjoy taking an active role and participating within my community. In 2019, I volunteered at the Red Cross Pop-Up Shop in Carlton. Currently I am volunteering for a cultural youth group, where we organise activities, such as camps, for young people within our cultural community.

I share Open Door’s vision to address gender balance and diversity within recruitment processes and am privileged to have the opportunity to learn about the industry in a supportive and female-centric environment.
